Why charter flight ?

As everyone knows, now a days getting on to a commercial ( regular ) flight is very uncertain, due to the pandemic around the globe., Hence even if the airline release any flights, may not be possible for them to run a regular flight. Charter flight makes it more possible where a larger group of people, will be travelling to and from as a group, which makes it easy to get the approval process with the authorities.

I am an Australian passport holder with OCI (Overseas Citizenship of India), can I book this flight ?

Of course yes, as an OCI holder, you’ve equally the same rights as an Indian passport holder to travel to India., however being the first citizen of Australia, a travel restriction exemption must be obtained, before travelling. Also check with relevant authorities if you need to get any other approval, as these process changes timely, during these unprecedented times. What happens with my baggage ?

With most charter flights, the baggage and immigration happens at your destination i.e. if you’re flight is booked between Sydney – Ahmedabadvia Singapore, your immigration & baggage will be available at Ahmedabad Airport & not in transit.

Will there be Wheelchair available ?

Yes, the wheelchair is available for most eligible traveller. Due to the limited availability & higher demand, we encourage the travellers to have any medical records handy to prioritize the same.

What are my meal options ?

With our charter flight, we will be able to cater any specific meal preference i.e. Indian Veg meal, Jain Indian vegetarian or Indian non vegetarion & Fruit platter meals.. Please ensure to have this requested at the time of booking so we sent the relevant information to the catering to avoid any disappointments.

Will I be able to select my seats ?

No. Seat selection will be done in accordance to the airline at the time of check-in . However if you are travelling as a group, please ensure to advise us so we can do our best to allocate your seats near to them, however it is not guaranteed.
