Hello Ratnadeep,

I wasn’t expecting this from the
World’s best airlines. At this time
Of crisis these people they still try
To rip there customers.
Im hoping they will increase the
Flexibility period to 12 months to
book again without extra cost just
Air Canada Airlines has done.
Finger’s crossed.
We have booked five tickets on 10 of March 2020 and we are travelling on 28th of May 2020 just wondering what’s gonna happened In this case if this Virus game is still on , because one way tickets are always non refundable so wats the situation . I hope SINGAPORE AIRLINES GET BACK TO US with a positive outcome , so that we don’t loose our hard earned money ..
Wat an insensitive response. With a ban imposed when one cannot travel airline should issue fee waier for change of dates. Wat a rip off
what is the Airlines doing by having an additional policy during a crisis time ? They should refund traveler who have booked non- refundable flights as well.
Don’t understand – refundable tickets are refundable – what is the Airlines doing by having an additional policy during a crisis time. They should refund traveller who have booked non- refundable flights as well.
