Terms & Conditions – Expedia Best Rate Guarantee & $50 Store Credit

At Travel Crafters, we are committed to offering you the best hotel rates, thanks to our exclusive partnership with Expedia. If we can’t beat or match your quoted hotel price, we will credit you $50 for future travel bookings with us!
Eligibility Criteria:
  1. The competing hotel quote must be for the same hotel, room type, dates, occupancy, and cancellation policy as the one offered by Travel Crafters.
  2. The quote must be in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include all applicable taxes and fees.
  3. The competing quote must be from a verified travel agency, airline website, or major booking platform (e.g., Expedia, Booking.com, Agoda, Hotels.com, etc.).
  4. The quote must be presented to Travel Crafters before booking is confirmed with us.
Claim Process:
  1. To request a price match, email us at [email protected] with:
    • A screenshot or PDF of the competitor’s quote, showing the hotel name, room type, dates, price breakdown, and booking conditions.
    • The website link where the rate is available.
  2. Travel Crafters will verify the quote and, if we cannot offer a better price, we will issue a $50 store credit for future bookings.
  3. The $50 credit will be provided within 7 business days after verification.
Store Credit Terms:
  1. The $50 credit is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  2. The credit can only be used for hotel bookings, flights, or holiday packages booked through Travel Crafters.
  3. The credit is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  4. Only one $50 credit can be used per transaction.
Exclusions:
  • The guarantee does not apply to rates from membership-only sites, loyalty programs, corporate discounts, or unpublished/opaque rates (e.g., Priceline Express Deals, Hotwire Hot Rates).
  • The offer is not applicable to group bookings (5+ rooms).
  • If the competitor’s quote changes or is no longer available at the time of verification, the claim will be void.
